2025 ArtsNational Coffs Coast Sponsorship, Business and Community Organisations Partnerships Program 
ArtsNational Coffs Coast (formerly ADFAS Coffs Coast) is a not-for-profit organization, run by volunteers, which provides ten illustrated, informative and entertaining presentations on diverse arts related subjects. Our arts talks are delivered by experienced international and Australian speakers monthly from February to November. 
The post talk suppers we provide encourage conversation and community networking. We support local businesses with sandwiches from Fresco, Coffs Harbour, and sushi from Sushi Roll Express, Toormina. 
Our November arts talk, Ten Novels That Changed The World, presented by Susannah Fullerton, attracted 182  members and guests. A number of local Book Clubs attended as guests, and enjoyed the arts talk and conversations afterwards. Many of these guests have indicated that they will now join ArtsNational Coffs Coast for the 2025 program. 
After two successful years of operation, ArtsNational Coffs Coast finished the 2024 season with 119 members. 135 members have renewed or joined  (51 new members) in 2025.

While we have built our membership base over the last two years, it will take a couple more years to build up the numbers needed to comfortably cover costs while keeping membership and guest fees accessible.  


To help ArtsNational Coffs Coast to continue to provide these popular informative and entertaining arts talks on diverse arts related subjects in 2025 at affordable rates we are inviting Coffs Coast Businesses to contribute funds to receive a range of productive sponsor marketing packages that will enhance the sponsor’s marketing strategy and provide beneficial funding for ArtsNational Coffs Coast. We have developed a partnership with the Coffs Harbour Music Society and we want to form mutually beneficial partnerships with other Community Organisations.


ArtsNational Coffs Coast is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission(ACNC) but does not have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, ArtsNational  Coffs Coast is not registered for GHT. ArtsNational Coffs Coast will provide sponsors with invoices for their contributions for sponsorship marketing packages. Contributions will not be subject to GST.

Platinum Sponsor Marketing Package

  • $1250 sponsorship contribution and/or product/vouchers by agreement ($750 of this sponsorship will cover the arts talk fee and some expenses for one speaker.) 

  • Platinum Sponsors will receive acknowledgement in our monthly newsletters and on our webpage, pre  and post arts talk slide presentations.

  • Platinum Sponsors will also be allocated an arts talk of the sponsor's choice , from those available*, to which sponsors can invite up to 10 guests (Value $350) and at which the sponsors can mount a display promoting their business or association. 

  • Platinum Sponsors will also receive two Complimentary Guest Tickets for up to ten of ArtsNational Coffs Coast for 2025 (Value $700) depending on when sponsorship contributions are received. Our arts talks are held monthly from February to November, usually on the third Monday at 6pm.

(* Allocation of individual arts talks for Gold and Platinum Sponsors will be allocated in order of receipt of relevant sponsorship contributions.

 

 
Gold Sponsor Marketing Package 

  • $750 sponsorship contribution and/or product /vouchers by agreement ($750 will cover the arts talk fee and some expenses for one speaker.)

  • Gold Sponsors will receive acknowledgement in our monthly newsletters and on our webpage, pre and post arts talk slide presentation.

  • Gold Sponsors will also be allocated an arts talk of the sponsor's choice , from those available*, to which sponsors can invite up to 6 guests (Value $210) and at which the sponsors can mount a display promoting their business or association. 

(*Maximum number of Platinum  and Gold sponsors is ten as  there are only ten Arts Talks.)


 
Silver Sponsor Marketing Package

  • $250 sponsorship contribution and/or product/vouchers by agreement

  • Silver Sponsors will receive acknowledgement in our monthly newsletters and on our webpage and pre arts talk slide presentations. 

  • Silver Sponsors will receive two "Complimentary Tickets" (Value $70) which will enable two people to attend one Arts Talk without charge. Complimentary tickets can only be used once.

Business Partnerships
We would like to form partnerships with local businesses who are prepared to offer our members benefits such as discounts or bonus offers on food, beverages, goods and services provided by Business Partners. In return ArtsNational Coffs Coast will acknowledge Business Partners in our monthly newsletters and on our webpage and
pre arts talk slide presentations and encourage Members and guests to patronize our Business Partners. It is hoped that the benefits offered to card carrying ArtsNational Members will provide additional encouragement for people to join ArtsNational Coffs  Coast and drive more customers to our Business Partners.

Community Organization Partnerships
Community Organization Partners will receive acknowledgement in our monthly newsletters and on our webpage and pre arts talk slide presentations and have their events and activities shared on ArtsNational Social Media and promoted by direct emails via Mailchimp to members.
In return ArtsNational Coffs Coast will receive acknowledgement in Community Organization Partners members newsletters and on their webpage and pre events slide presentations and have ArtsNational events and activities shared on Community Organization Partners Social Media and promoted by direct emails to members.

Another option may be for ArtsNational Coffs Coast to provide some Complimentary Tickets (value $35 each in 2025) to be used as prizes in raffles or for Community Organization Partner’s Executive to use to experience ArtsNational Coffs Coast Arts Talks so that they can improve their promotion of ArtsNational Coffs Coast.
In return, Community Organisation Partners may provide Complimentary Tickets to their events (to a similar total value) for ArtsNational Coffs Coast to include as raffle prizes or for ArtsNational Executive to experience the Community Organization’s events so that they can improve their promotion of the Community Organization.

We believe that the arts can enrich people’s lives, and we aim to be an inclusive and influential educator, supporter, and promoter of the arts in the Coffs Coast region region with members and guests coming from Woolgoolga in the north to Dorrigo to the west and Nambucca to the south.
WHAT IS ARTSNATIONAL COFFS COAST?
We are a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers, providing superbly illustrated, informative and entertaining arts talk presentations on many diverse topics relating to the arts. In the Coffs Coast region, ArtsNational Coffs Coast society has become a focus of cultural activities, connecting people with the arts, and with each other.
ArtsNational Coffs Coast provides members and visitors with a unique opportunity to connect with a wide variety of arts, design and conservation related art talks and activities at local and regional  levels.
ArtsNational National is a member of ArtsNational which is the governing body of 36 ArtsNational Societies  in Australia and more than 5,500 members across regional and metropolitan Australia.

WHAT ELSE DO WE DO?
ArtsNational is developing a Young Arts program to support young artists or young people  in the Coffs Coast region to engage in the arts ,music, drama  etc..

WHY DO PEOPLE JOIN US?
People come and learn more about the arts in a friendly welcoming environment. Anyone who wishes to develop or already has an interest in the arts is very welcome. Members and guests enjoy cultural and social opportunities and make new friends over a light supper of sandwiches and sushi as well as a glass of wine or juice.
 


WHO ARE OUR ARTS SPEAKERS?
Recognised experts and passionate in their field of interest, international or local presenters drawn from a variety of professional backgrounds.

CAN VISITORS COME ALONG TO OCCASIONAL ARTS TALKS?
Yes – guests are very welcome to come along to arts talks of their choice.
ArtsNational is open to everyone, and new members are very welcome
